Tradebox / Customer Referral Program / Join Programme

The Tradebox Referral Program is designed for existing Tradebox customers and allows you to reduce or remove your own licence renewal costs by successfully introducing new customers to us. When a new customer is referred to Tradebox and subscribes to one of our annual licences, 10% of the sale is credited against your account and is automatically deducted from your future renewals. To make your introduction more attractive, we provide you with a unique introduction code that will also give the new customer 10% off their own annual subscription.

Customer email address

Email address of your customer account with the merchant which should receive a credit. Leave blank to use the same email address as your user account.

I confirm that ReferralFile can use this to lookup my customer account with the merchant and as necessary post promotional credits to my account.

Review the merchants terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply:

Referrers must be existing Tradebox customers.
Referrers need to be registered with a Tradebox customer account on our website.
All referrals must be for new Tradebox customers and excludes any previous customers who have lapsed within the last 6 months.
Referrers cannot refer themselves.
All new customers referred must subscribe to an annual Tradebox licence plan to obtain a discount and for a credit to be paid to the referrer.
Discounts awarded to new customers are for the initial annual licence. This discount is not recurring.
Businesses can only be introduced once to Tradebox through this program.
Credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for a cash equivalent and only remain valid whilst the referrer is an existing Tradebox customer.

Tradebox reserve the right to cancel any order or credit that we determine conflicts with these rules.
